Weatherproof fix bullet camera with excellent Full HD quality, high light sensitivity, image stabilization and extended infrared control
The SNC-EB642R is a weatherproof, easy-to-install bullet network camera. It is ideal for many different security and surveillance tasks outdoors, be it in city centers, means of transport, shopping centers, schools or universities.
The camera captures sharp, low-noise images in Full HD quality, even in difficult lighting conditions. The light sensitive 1 / 2.8 "Exmor-R CMOS image sensor together with XDNR processing offers improved performance in low light conditions and the achievement of a minimum light intensity of 0.006 lux (30 IRE) in color mode.
View-DR expands the dynamic range and thus ensures optimized image quality, especially in high-contrast scenes and those with strong backlighting, e.g. B. in sunlit offices or underground car park entrances. The image stabilization guarantees clear and sharp images, even if the camera is exposed to vibrations on a mast mount or on a bracket.
With built-in infrared radiation and advanced infrared control, the camera can see in complete darkness and take close or distant objects without overexposure. The SNC-EB642R can clearly detect objects in complete darkness at distances of up to 60 m (30 IRE).
With added edge storage on SD card, video / audio data can be recorded directly from the camera when triggered by an alarm. This provides valuable redundancy in the event of a temporary network failure: recording to the network server continues automatically as soon as the normal network connection is restored.
Installation of the SNC-EB642R is simplified through the user interface and ease of use familiar from the previous generation of the Sony E series. The modularized camera was designed for around-the-clock use in outdoor environments and can be operated at temperatures from -30 ° C to + 50 ° C. It corresponds to protection class IP66 for dust and water resistance. The unique mounting arm simplifies installation and allows the viewing angle to be flexibly adapted to two axes. A practical integrated sun visor also protects the camera from glare and thus improves the image quality and contrast on sunny days.
